Strobe Cream is generally something that makes your skin look glowy, youthful, hydrated and fresh without signs of coverage. It’s in creamy-like form and it is actually a moisturizer. I only use a little bit of it, it will last me a long time. In fact, you don’t have to use a moisturizer but to apply it under your foundation. I use it onto my cheekbones, under my eye, forehead and nose. I don’t apply the whole face because it’s kind of like making the light hit where you want it to. Normally, I would apply my foundation first before the Strobe Cream. In fact, you can put on with the mixture of your Strobe Cream and a liquid foundation or you can wear under a foundation. And, you can also just wear Strobe Cream by itself without foundation. It’s up to you how you want it to be, really… I think I’m gonna get a MAC foundation soon and see how it goes Overall, I love this product as it gives a nice subtle glow on days when your skin looks a bit dull which mine often does.

I always apply primer first before mascara and wait for like 2-3 minutes before putting on mascara. I have very thin and straight lashes. So, I have to curl my lashes at the very first place before applying primer. This primer helps to hold the curl and to create thick lashes. But, in my case, it doesn’t hold the curl of my lashes at all. So, what I do is that after application of primer, I put on mascara but in a very thin coat of mascara. Once it dries up, I curl my lashes again for second time. Apply another coat of mascara again and it’s done. It really makes my straight lashes curl up very nicely for the whole day!!!

I have used this mascara for about a month now. It works great and natural! I like it because it doesn’t smudge or fade for the whole day. In fact, I switched from Maybelline, thinking this would be a nicer mascara. This mascara can clump at times (unless if you apply the primer, then it won’t that clump!), but you can use a comb or a clean mascara wand. The thing that I don’t really like is that it doesn’t give me more volume and thickness after applying it compared to my Maybelline mascara. However, it does lengthen my lashes!!! Overall, it’s quite good.

I am an eyeliner fanatic and a big fan of Kohl liners. I just bought MAC Fluidlines and are absolutely the best eyeliner I’ve ever tried. I’m really in love with the it for its creamy application. It comes in a small glass pot with a black screw-top lid. I apply mine with an angled eyeliner brush. Once applied, you can smudge the Fluidline a bit but act quickly because it does dry fast. Once it’s dry, it’s not going to move until you remove it. Fluidlines currently come in thirteen different colors. These are traditional colors, such as black and dark brown, as well as fun brights, such as teal and lilac. I own Blacktrack and absolutely love the color! It makes my eyes pop like crazy! So far, I’ve never had any problems with this eyeliner lasting and it is much longer than any eyeliner pencil I’ve ever have. It’s great to apply just below the waterline and on the top lid. I plan on collecting many more of MAC products.

Besides MAC Fluidline, I also bought MAC Smolder Eye Kohl, MAC Zoom Lash and MAC Prep + Prime. Aim to write reviews about these products as soon as possible in my next post.

I dropped by The Face Shop with my friend the other day and I thought I ought to give their makeup a try. One of the things I bought is the Shimmer Liner Pencil in Glitter Black. I came across this brand a while back when my friend got to talking about this brand as she is the loyal buyer of The Face Shop. I like putting on eyeliners occasionally in black colour but this will be the first time I’ll be using something with shimmer. The packaging is cute with floral and uneven-tipped cap. I find it quite hard to glide it on my skin. It’s crayonish and breaks easily, too… No matter what, I’d still like to use them because for some reason I love the shimmer it gives. To be honest, I’m still looking for a better liner!

Apart from straightening your hair, you can also curl your hair using the. This is how you do it. Take a small section of hair and place the flat iron towards the root of your hair. With your other hand, wrap the section of hair once around the flat iron and slowly drag the flat iron through your hair. After the flat iron is all the way pulled through your hair, use your fingers to twirl the hair into a curl.

Sematan is a small fishing village located at the far west tip of Sarawak facing the South China Sea and a short distance from the Sarawak-Kalimantan (Indonesia) border. I went to Sematan Palm Beach Resort last Friday (30th May 2008) with my husband and son for a four day three night trip. Just one and a half hours drive from Kuching, Sematan Palm Beach Resort is the perfect destination for a short and adventurous holiday. It was actually my first time to Sematan Palm Beach Resort. We rented Terrace Twin room which inclusive of dinner and breakfast. If you want fine, white sand with water clean and as blue as the sky, this is the place to come. Its really a relaxing place as well and we were having fun over there especially my son. I was so impressed…
